Spacious, modern and comfortable family restaurant to enjoy market cuisine with creative touches adapting to each season in the year. The entrance provides the ideal space to enjoy an aperitif whilst you wait for your table, right next to the wine cellar, with its different products well organised by denomination of origin and by vintage. The menu comprises dishes such as carpaccio of tuna, mango, spring onion oil and yucca crisps; shavings of cuttlefish and squid with artichokes and fettuccine with sea anemones; roast duck with green asparagus and smooth cocoa sauce, or steamed sea bass with a warm salad of green beans with pulses and black trumpet mushrooms. Once you reach the desserts, there are wonderful creations such as mango with vanilla cream and mascarpone with merlot syrup or a soft white cheese cornet with raspberry jam and honey ice cream, among others. Its wine list, with 200 references, includes the main Spanish denominations of origin, plus some French, Italian, Australian, Chilean and Californian products. They also boast a menu featuring more than a hundred spirits.
