Traditional yet up-to-date cuisine with seasonal dishes. Amongst the different options for the first course, you will find vegetable confit salmorejo, ham and quail eggs, and artichokes with baked scallops, herb butter and scallop coral mousseline. For second course, you can choose from a list of options on which rice takes centre stage (brothy, the traditional 'aparte' (on the side), fideuá etc.) or sea bass with sea urchin sauce. The desserts continue to bring creativity to the table, with dishes such as tiramisu reinterpreted as a coulant and the three chocolate textures with an orange reduction. There's a full wine list with over 300 options, as well as a large outdoor terrace, which is also equipped for the winter.
