Papageno

It’s a farmhouse with a exceptional location in terms of enjoying modern Catalan cuisine prepared using local produce. For nibbles, the menu includes, amongst others, prawns with wheat toast crust, croquettes made with botifarra pork tripe sausage or prawns, anchovies with raspberries, and goat’s cheese chocolates. For your first course, you can choose from carpaccio with mango vinaigrette and croutons, cherry gazpacho with prawn timbale or terrine of foie mi-cuit with quince and biscotti. Among the meats, there are dishes such as beef tenderloin with cabbage and potatoes, crispy bacon and Pedro Ximenez reduction, and magret duck breast with bittersweet strawberries. For guests who prefer seafood, you can order monkfish wrapped in ham on cream of Idiazábal, confit of cod with Santa Pau beans and ñoras sauce, or the black pudding stuffed cuttlefish with cuscus. Fans of surf and turf can also try the chicken with crayfish. They offer a daily menu during the working week, as well as a seasonal menu and a tasting menu.
