Cod Culinary Week
Cod served with products from the vegetable gardens of the Maresme region. During the culinary week, you will be able to enjoy delicious dishes made with cod from Pineda.
Pineda de Mar sets aside a week in April that is entirely dedicated to cod so you can taste all kinds of cod-based dishes. The restaurants in the Maresme region use the produce from local vegetable gardens to prepare their best recipes. Peppers stuffed with cod, cod and artichokes, cod rice, as well as the traditional esqueixada (raw cod salad) or cod with ratatouille are just some examples of the kind of dishes available.
