Located in the Sallés Hotel Ciutat del Prat Hotel in Barcelona, ​​Sinfonía is a restaurant with modern facilities, a bright dining room and terrace. Its cuisine is Mediterranean with modern touches and different seasonal specialities. In addition to the a la carte service, there is a daily menu from Monday to Sunday available not only at lunchtime but also at night.

Sauló is the restaurant of the hotel Can Galvany in the town of Vallromanes, in the region of El Vallès Oriental. The texture of the vineyards and the scent of the olive trees play a leading role in restaurant Sauló. Because of this, in the framework of traditional Catalan cuisine, all the dishes are infused with the country’s best wines and oils. The chef knows how to perfectly express the restaurant’s theme in his dishes which feature traditional preparation with touches of signature cuisine.

The Samaranch Park restaurant is located 400m from the centre of Molins de Rei. The ground floor restaurant serves a la carte specialities of authentic traditional Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine; it also has private rooms and a room for banquets.

A former inn set at a crossroads on the Camino Real, today Cal Fuster is a rural hostel with a good restaurant which is committed to organic, locally-sourced cuisine. 

The Ramon, founded in 1979, is in Santpedor, in Bages; It has a family tradition of five generations in the kitchen, which prepares seasonal produce and raw ingredients in the traditional way. The menu includes a wide variety of seafood dishes, seasonal menus and an extensive wine list. Recommended dishes: cod salad with tuna and rossejat de fideos.

The first pizza restaurant opened in Sitges in 1966. It was baptised Cap de la Vila because it was situated in the town centre, in the main square. Its speciality is Italian cuisine, and fresh, homemade pasta and handmade pizza is available.

In the Ospi restaurant, Óscar Piedra makes tapas following good old fashioned tradition. They are prepared in a much more original way to show that design can also be part of these small dishes. As well as these distinctive tapas, there is also a daily menu, breakfasts and dinners. For whoever wants to enjoy a wide range of recipes, this is the restaurant with its capacity for some forty people. The décor is modern and elegant and much more formal than a cafe. The dishes are the result of the time spent in a traditional kitchen and the imagination of the chef.

After a recovery project by Barcelona Provincial Council, the twelfth-century farmhouse became a restaurant located in the centre of the Pla de la Calma in Montseny. It is a place to go to enjoy a day amongst nature by walking through the nature reserve and ending with a good meal on the table. Their cooking is creative and there is a fixed-price menu.
