Grevolosa Forest, Osona

We do not always need to climb a tall mountain or embark on a very demanding hike to find magical spots. Sometimes, the places we imagine when we think of disconnecting are closer than we think, and getting there doesn't require much effort. If you need to breathe in some fresh air but are not feeling very fit or are short on time, here are some recommendations that will leave you with no excuses. The six routes we describe below are easy, and you will need only one to three hours ahead of you to enjoy nature and some heritage sites. You will barely break a sweat!

Can Gramunt (La Torre de Claramunt)

Exploring the Via Blava Anoia is much more than just walking or cycling along the river: it means immersing yourself in the peaceful life of the villages, sampling the local cuisine and staying in places that will make you feel at home. Whether you are looking for the silence of a stone farmhouse, the comfort of a hotel with views or the cosy atmosphere of a hostel, here you will find your perfect place to rest.

Route around the Sanctuary of Santa Maria de Queralt

Autumn is the season of warm colours. Forests become magical places of orange, red and yellow where mushrooms of all colours spring up among the fallen leaves. We’ve lined up six walking routes to enjoy at this time of year.

Medieval Anoia: Route to its castles

Can you imagine discovering a region crowned by hills and castles that have witnessed more than a thousand years of history? In Anoia, the castles are not just witnesses to the past: they are vantage points that conceal legends, majestic architecture and landscapes that break the silence of time.

Fira de les Bruixes de Sant Feliu Saserra

Halloween is just around the corner and it’s a great occasion to tell stories that make our hair stand on end. We want to give it our own special touch, so we’ve sought out the best legends about witchcraft in the regions of Barcelona. What’s more, you’ll see that they can also be turned into family outings. A hiking trail is more enjoyable if you’re familiar with the mythology behind it.

Waterfalls and waterfalls in Anoia.

In the county of Anoia there are several magical places that bring together exactly this: rivers, waterfalls, natural pools, and landscapes suspended between tranquility and adventure. Discover and enjoy these routes where water takes center stage.
