De Cardona a Súria i de Súria a Manresa, dues rutes que ressegueixen el camí del transport de la sal. L'itinerari es pot fer a peu o en bicicleta, sempre a prop de les aigües del riu Cardener. Una oportunitat per visitar restes històriques mil·lenàries com dues necròpolis i el poble vell de Súria. I d'altres de més actuals, però també d'interès, com la colònia Palà de Torroella, del terme municipal de Navàs, i el Parc de l'Agulla de Manresa.
