At the foot of the mountain of Montserrat, in a perfect environment to enjoy nature, the restaurant Vinya Nova offers traditional mountain cuisine.

A former inn set at a crossroads on the Camino Real, today Cal Fuster is a rural hostel with a good restaurant which is committed to organic, locally-sourced cuisine. 

One of the best American poets of the twentieth century has been the source of inspiration for this restaurant, an establishment where new and old concepts are combined.

Ada Parellada is the jewel of Semproniana. Born and raised in the legendary Fonda Europa in Granollers within a family going way back in the restaurant business, this one woman orchestra has been able to channel that energy into her Eixample establishment in Barcelona. Since 1993 and just after Olympic fever, she has produced Catalan cuisine there with imaginative flourishes.

This brasserie restaurant is located at number 2 on the famous Rambla Catalunya in Barcelona and is furnished in a theatrical style, and also has a terrace. This is an authentic Mediterranean rotisserie restaurant whose dishes are made up largely of meat, vegetables and salad. As well as the a la carte service, there are other types of menus and a large variety of tapas.

This eatery has a contemporary design in which each element has been carefully prepared so that the wine is the true protagonist. Here they produce creative cuisine based on good produce. The bar area is served by seven sommeliers and has wines for combining with traditional Catalan tapas, and in the spectacular wine cellar we can find thousands of references. The restaurant also has a space dedicated to learning where wine tastings are held and lectures given.

The Torres Petit is a model family business in the purest Catalan tradition. In 1910 it was an inn, and in 1986 the restaurant was started by the Molera brothers. The cooking became great and the Torres too small. Restructuring was needed, and has led to the creation of two spaces with a warm and classic feel where cuisine with traditional roots and prepared by a signature talent can be enjoyed.

Tesi Restaurant in Santpedor serves unassumingly modern cuisine using fresh seasonal produce. Dishes include ceps fried with black Catalan sausage and crunchy suckling pig.

Cal Toni restaurant offers traditional Catalan cuisine. The star dishes are monkfish with almond sauce and seafood platters.

Some of Tram-Tram’s best dishes are the sticky rice with San Carlos de la Rapita prawns with vegetables; three textures artichoke, foie gras and farmyard egg with truffle sauce; sardines with vegetables, buffalo mozzarella, pine nuts and quince on bread, or the bowl of mushrooms accompanied by homemade gnocchi.
